Mexico
Quest Diagnostics Laboratorios Frontera is one of the preeminent private clinical laboratories in Mexico City, with more than 50 years in the local market. In 1998 we became the first laboratory in Mexico to obtain accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and are working towards ISO 9002 by first quarter 2001. We support 17 Patient Service Centers (PSCs) in Mexico City, some of which offer imaging services along with routine phlebotomy. Routine testing is performed at the laboratory with select test results available for the patient at the PSC by end of day. We provide clinical testing services to more than 4,000 physicians and more than 500 companies.
Quest Diagnostics Juarez is the largest private clinical laboratory in the state of Chihuahua. Our location along the Texas border supports clinical testing from the maquiladoras. Capabilities include a range of routine tests, profiles for drugs of abuse testing, as well as the best-equipped food microbiology laboratory in the state of Chihuahua, run by highly specialized personnel. Our Patient Service Centers support the direct patient market providing convenient phlebotomy services and same day turnaround for select tests. We also support hospitals and clinics. We attained ISO 9002 certification in January 2000 and are working towards accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
Analisis S.A. is situated in Mexico City and provides services dedicated to reference testing performed at Nichols Institute, which provides an extensive test menu of more than 1,400 assays. There, we support hospitals, clinics, clinical laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and clinical research organizations. Customer service, courier service, specimen shipping, and billing comprise the services we offer throughout The Republic of Mexico. Daily shipments to Nichols Institute enhance turnaround time, maintain specimen handling under strictly controlled temperature and conditions.
Puerto Rico
Quest Diagnostics of Puerto Rico, Inc. is the leading reference laboratory in Puerto Rico. We are fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and provide reference and clinical lab testing services to support more than 10,000 Physicians, 800 independent clinical laboratories and 100 Hospitals throughout the Island with the largest logistic fleet in the industry. Quest Diagnostics also provide service directly to patients through seven Clinical Laboratories (RRL’s) strategically located within the metropolitan area of San Juan and the Northeastern Region. Our local core business focuses on providing over one million tests annually such as Chemistry, Bacteriology, Thyroid Panels and Therapeutic Drug Levels among others. We also provide reference test services to the USVI, (St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John) and other Caribbean countries such as Tortola and Antigua. Our strategic plan is to become the undisputed leader in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Region by providing the best quality and customer service support to our patients and clients.
Brazil
Quest do Brasil is situated in Sao Paulo and provides services dedicated to reference testing performed at Nichols Institute. We support hospitals, clinics, clinical laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and clinical research organizations by offering customer service, specimen shipping, and billing throughout Brazil. Our office is adjacent to the research laboratory of Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein (HIAE), the premier hospital in South America. With specialty centers in oncology, cardiology, and organ transplantation, HIAE is working with Quest Diagnostics and Nichols Institute to introduce additional laboratory services and technologies into Brazil.

Quest Diagnostics international operations team provides sales and marketing support to international clients for esoteric clinical testing performed at Nichols Institute. Currently Nichols Institute performs specialized testing for hospitals and laboratories from the following countries:
